Good to know.
Q1What are as-built plans?
Drawings of a building exactly as it stands today, used to get approval for work that was built without approved plans.
Q2How long does approval take?
By law, municipalities should decide within 30 days for buildings under 500 m², though in practice it can take longer. We follow up throughout.
Q3What if something doesn’t comply?
We tell you what must change before submission, so there are no surprises from council.
Q4Do I need an engineer?
Sometimes, for example for structural elements or roofs. We will advise and coordinate if needed.
Tell us about your stand.
